I wanted to write to you about the most professional way you handled our sale. From the outset to exchange of contracts took less than two weeks, and you negotiated the sale price that we were asking.

It took a fine skill to handle the tenant who out-grew our premises; but could not move to his new larger premises for several months. A variation of the existing lease and your management of the buyer and tenant worked well.

It was also your contact list of parties who liked to invest in this area that brought it all together. Meeting with us several times at our home and then also with our solicitor at night was very helpful to us.
